Vinci contro la gigantessa Akgul, se perde sono “uccelli per diabetici” come dice il commissario Auricchio.
Per la serie “flying under the radar” dal campo 13 al campo 19, se perde Seppi il migliore dei nostri non ha nemmno fatto una comparsata sullo schermo. Strategia aziendale OZopen “se possibile ignorare i grandi mercati”.
Con i top 20 all’orizonte c’è in palio di più, ma Seppi questa volta deve vincere fosse anche solo per cancellare la memoria di quella sicura finale Wimbledon getta alle ortiche.
Da tifoso ed estimatore di Federer sono rimasto un tantino sorpreso positivamente dalla facilità con la quale ha battuto Paire al primo turno,il francese era in forma in questo inizio di stagione,mi sarei aspettato almeno un set combattuto..si vede che al Re ha fatto molto bene la scelta fatta per la prima volta in carriera di partire direttamente dall’Australian Open dopo le esibizioni di inizio dicembre e soprattutto le tantissime partite giocate nel 2012..Davydenko è ovviamente più forte di Paire e a Doha ha dimostrato per larghi tratti di nn essere tanto distante dal formidabile giocatore di qualche anno fa n°3 al mondo ma pensare che possa battere Federer vedendo pure i precedenti e quante volte ci ha perso..17-2 in favore di Federer,gli ultimi 5 precedenti vinti(4 sul cemento all’aperto e l’ultimo indoor a Rotterdam 1 anno fa),Davydenko ha conseguito le sue 2 vittorie a cavallo tra fine 2009(al Masters in semi)e inizio 2010(a Doha in semi)e dopo ha vinto entrambi i tornei in finale con Del Potro e Nadal.
