Lucky Losers are players who have lost in the final Qualifying round or, if more Lucky Losers are required, those players who have lost in the previous Qualifying round(s). Lucky Losers shall be selected based on the WTA singles computer Rankings from the week prior to the start of the Tournament (Special Rankings are not considered). If there are no Main Draw vacancies before the Qualifying has been completed, then the order of the Lucky Losers shall be determined by their rankings in descending order. If there is one vacancy in the Main Draw before Qualifying is completed, then the order of the two (2) highest ranked Lucky Losers shall be randomly drawn, and thereafter the order shall follow the Lucky Losers’ rankings, unless there are two (2) or more withdrawals at the time Qualifying is completed in which case the size of the random draw will be the number of withdrawals plus one (1). In tennis the rule for choosing a tennis player to enter the main draw as a Lucky loser is a Follow:
From all players eliminatedin tehe final round of qualifyng the highest-ranking player in the atp or wta ranking is the first one ti enter the draw.

Nel tennis la regola per scegliere un tennista per inserirlo nel Main Draw come LL e’ come segue:
Fra tutti i tennisti eliminati all’ultimo turno delle qualificazioni il giocatore o giocatrice con il miglior ranking e’il primo ad entrare nel tabellone.

si riparte: speriamo in un’altra annata splendida per il tennis maschile come è stata quella del 2019. Mi auguro una ripresa delle nostre ragazze e auspico una buona stagione per il rientrante Matteo Donati che dopo l’operazione al gomito dovrebbe ricominciare il 13 gennaio nell’ITF di Antalya

Sento da tempo questa cosa poi constato che alla fine la testa di serie piu’alta eliminata all’ultimo turno delle qualif.entra sempre in tabellone.
Sara’forse fortunata nel sorteggio.
Wikipedia italiana ti da’ragione mentre quella inglese sostiene che si segue il ranking senza sirteggio.
Dov’e’la pagina regolamento inerente cio’?

Da dire anche che Giorgi sarebbe la prima ad entrara come LL, spesso le tenniste interessate sono gia’al corrente di qualche forfait imminente prima di scendere in campo.

Si vede che non conosci il regolamento, che è stato modificato qualche anno fa proprio per evitare questo tipo di giochetti.
